A > HOW TO BOOK THE TOUR ON ROYAL PALACE CRUISE ?
- Booking tour on Royal Palace Cruise, we require the deposit payment at the booking time as from 10% to 30% of the total tour costs.
- The deposit payment will be made by instant booking directly at http://royalpalacecruise.com/ or processed by one of the options below
Option 1: Deposit payment made by instant booking direct at www.royalpalacecruise.com (Highly - Recommended)
- This is the easy way for your direct booking with us, and direct paying a deposit as from 10% to 30% of the total booking costs.
- Instant booking direct from our website will help you to save money because you get a cheapest prices instead of booking in other sites.
- Free upgraded for a better cabin on our cruise if you have direct booking with us and if we have the better room available on your travel date.

- You could also can pay us the deposit by a deposit payment link that will be sent to your email.

In order to guarantee your booking, a deposit to us in advance is required as from 10% to 30% of the total tour costs, because we need to know exactly how many people on our cruise on that day, so we know how to arrange the meals and the foods in advance, that is why the meals on boat are always with fresh foods.
Sometimes, some people want to make a joke, so they just make a booking by email and never come to take part in our tours, therefore, we have lost money to arrange their trip in advance, and we have to cruise with the empty rooms on boat while we refuse other booking requests.
If you are booking the tours with us on our cruises, please go ahead to make an instant booking and pay a deposit of from 10% to 30% that is already set automatically in our website, it will be sure for us to make a confirmation with you and arrange your trip.
We can accept payment by credit cards online inlcuding Visa, Master Card, Dinner Club, and American Express, from our website or by OnePay Payment link. It is very safe because the process of payment will be made and the money deposit will be sent direct to our bank account. Especially, we know exactly that your money has been processed and paid for us at once soon after you made your booking successfully in our website and you are automatically get a confirmation sent to your email that you put in the booking form. it is the same when you withdraw the money at the ATM, so your card is protected. and no one know your card details.
C > HOW TO PAY THE BALANCE FOR US ?
- Our office address is 17 Hang Hanh Street, Hoan Kiem Dist, Hanoi. It is right beside Hoan Kiem Lake, so you can come to our office to pay for us the balance very easy and it will not take your time.
- You also can get a Payment Link to pay for the balance if you do not have time to come to our office, but you have to send us a coppy of your passport and coppy of your name on the card that you are going to pay for the balance. Then we are going to send you a payment link to your email to get your easy payment.
- If The balance paid by card, that will be not be charged any extra for the bank fees, we do accept almost the cards such as Credit, Debit, American Epress, visa, master, or others.
- If the balace made on your arrival in Cash in Vietnam Dong (VND). other type of money will be converted as exchange rates of VietcomBank.com at the time of payment.
- Your balance will be paid at least 1 day prior to the departure date. We open the office every day from 6.30am to until 11.00pm. So you can come whenever you have free time.
- Special Note: The balance will paid in advance at our office: 17 Hang Hanh Str before the tour departure at least 1 day in advance. We want to do it in advance because it takes our time on boat, so instead of taking time with the payment on boat, we will have time to take our best care of your trip.
D > WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY ?
1. Services are cancelled by the client:
In case a tour is cancelled by the client for any reason, the following fees will be charged:
- The cancellation from 03 days in advance of the tour departure date, it cots 0% of the total price. ( FREE CANCELLATION)
- The cancellation from 1 day to 3 days, we will charged you as 50% of total price.
- The cancellation during the day of tour departure date, we will charged you as 100% of total price.
* This fee scheme counts for all services booked at Royal Palace Cruise (royalpalacecruise.com). Refunding the client is done by banking transfer; the party who cancels pays the banking fee.
2. Services are cancelled by us Royal Palace Cruise :
Royal Palace Cruise will only cancel the contract if dramatic problems like natural disasters, epidemics, political problems, etc., may occur. In this case, clients will be refunded the total sum of booked services.
E > HOW TO GET THE REFUND ?
- If you are in Vietnam, and you can come to our office, so we are going to give you back in cash if you have paid in cash.
- If you are not in Hanoi and you are not able to come to our office, so we are going to transfer back your money to your card if you have made the payment by card.
- All cancellations must be received in writing, confirming by Email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
- In case of tour cancellation by bad weather, refund will be made fully or partly based on service that has been delivered to customers.
F > WHAT YOU HAVE TO BRING WITH YOU FOR YOUR TRIP ON ROYAL PALACE CRUISE ?
- Customers have to bring a valid passport, visa when going on our tour for sleeping on Royal Palace Cruise. Please note that we are not possible to get on the cruise if there is no passport with a valid visa.
- If you forget to bring the passport with you, so you are not possible to get on our cruise because of the government policy. If you are in this case, so the tour will be cancelled by yourself because of your fault and not possible to get any refund.
